Methodology
In the workshops offered by me in group form, the attendees are knownmade with my view and working method regarding the continuing meaning forhuman relations of 'man made disaster' - 'disasters that people other peopleto affect'. My vision and approach have been developed in tens of thousands of encounters, among other things with victims and their families. The theory will be put into practice below.With the bound theory and techniques offered during the workshop, experience gained from children of Indian and Jewish war victims and relatives of 'wrongeDutchmen'.This workshop works best in a homogeneous group in terms of underlying context.
Work forms:interactive lecture, writing assignments, work in (small) sub-groups and gede group. The subject and method of presentation are - according to the nature of the theme - serious en confrontational, with respect for indicated boundaries. Survey and my observation indicate that participants leave with a sense of satisfaction and satisfaction.Preparation of a workshop is done in consultation between the organization and the speaker.

In my lectures I familiarize those present with my view and working method regarding the
continuing significance for human relations of 'man made disaster' – 'disasters
that people do to other people'.

- How to live in a solution-oriented way with the consequences of severe traumatisation
My vision and approach have been developed in tens of thousands of encounters with victims
and their close ones. My lectures are about general principles, or are focused on content
the target group of which the audience is a part.
The lecture is interactive, so that – depending on the size of the group – the event of
character can change: where the speaker first gives his presentation and sometimes questions
responds, he will ask the attendees more and more questions and invite them with the
tools offered. She and the facilitator then become partners in it

Methodology
The training courses are aimed at professional care providers and concern the working and treatment method From there to now. This method is described in the book of the same name (2017; see elsewhere on this site) and has been further developed in recent years. The training courses lead to the non-exclusive licensing of this working and treatment method.
